Paşaeli Kabuğunda Çakal

Our skin contact Çakal is made with fruit of 70-80 years old vines. Bright orangey pink. Lots of red fruits and a hint of orange. The tannins are present due to 7 days of skin contact and gives the wine character and intensity. Lightly chewy tannins balanced by fresh spicy fruit. Good length too.
