Paşaeli Kaynaklar Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Petit Verdot

Kaynaklar is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon , Cabernet Franc , Merlot and Petit Verdot  varieties grown in our Serez vineyard in Kaynaklar – İzmir that lies at 235 metres elevation. Fermented with native yeast only, it is barrel aged for 24 months in French oak barrels of 225 liters, and bottle aged for at least 12 months before release.

Very dark, black-cherry colour, deep crimson rim. Smoky, leathery and spicy on the nose. Lovely, peppery, savoury black fruit and chewy with dark chocolate depths. The fruit is ripe with sweet tannins. Chewy and complex with a long finish.
