Paşaeli ‘Blanc de Noirs’ Çalkarası

Çalkarası variety is native to Çal – Denizli. Grown in a single vineyard at an altitude of 950 meters, the grapes are pressed in whole clusters and removed from the skins immediately to produce a white wine of darker color grapes. The juice is then fermented in stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 18C and aged on its lees for 3 months to provide complexity. The nose has lovely aromas of red fruits. The palate is well balanced with good acidity and bright fruit.
