Paşaeli Hoşköy Cabernet Sauvignon

Hoşköy  Cabernet Sauvignon  is made with fruit grown in our vineyard in Hoşköy – Tekirdağ  on the European part of Turkey. It lies at 150 metres elevation. Fermented with native yeast only, it is barrel aged for 24 months in French oak barrels of 225 liters, and bottle aged for at least 18 months before release.

Rich aroma of dark and slightly rocky/smoky black fruit, savoury and with a mix of black fruits. The palate is full bodied and dense with sweet tannins filled with pure fruit, and oak overtones. Powerful yet refined with a long finish.
