Paşaeli ‘Mermaid’ Çalkarası

Çalkarası variety is native to Çal – Denizli. Grown in a single vineyard at an altitude of 850 meters, it is fermented in stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 18C and aged on its lees “sur lie” for 3 months to provide complexity. The nose has lovely aromas of wild strawberries and raspberries. The palate is well balanced with good acidity and bright fruit with a long finish.  A delicious and serious food wine.
